Policies

Cancellation Policy:

~ 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
~ 2 days prior to arrival: 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Children Staying with Parents:

Accommodation: Children under 5 years: AUD$15 per day.
Accommodation: Children 5 to 12 years: AUD$32 per day per child

Payment method:

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Rob and Alix Crapper, Owners/Managers

Your hosts Rob and Alix Crapper have set up the Epi Island Guesthouse in a way where you can enjoy the comforts of home whilst experiencing paradise in a unique tropical setting far away from life's ills. Although isolated there is certainly no "roughing" involved here, with their own hydroelectric power supply, Rob and Alix provide round the clock electricity, showers that are hot and cosy furniture for you to really feel comfortable.

The lovely couple quickly become friends rather than hoteliers. Allow the intimate environment to take over, sit down, and grab yourself some kava in the private nakamal discussing the philosophies of life, love or any other topic of interest with an international crowd.
